• Pick Up A Pro Inc. DBA PUP Inc. ("PUP"/"we"/"us") provides this Privacy Policy ("Policy") to inform you, the user, ("you") of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information ("Personal Information") belonging to users. PUP respects your privacy and is committed to protecting such Personal Information. The Policy applies to you and all users who browse the PUP website at https://www.getpup.pro (the "Site") or download and install, and/or use, the PUP app (the "App"), whether through a mobile device, mobile application or computer in order to access and use the PUP service made available through the Site and the App (collectively, the "Service").

• INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

  In order to facilitate and support the features of the Service, we may collect Personal Information through the Service and other services such as Facebook, Apple ID, G- Suite, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Such Personal Information may include but is not limited to your name, Facebook name, Facebook ID, Twitter handle, LinkedIn ID, location, e-mail address, gender, birthdate, and sport preferences.

• CREATING AN ACCOUNT

  In order to use the Service, you must create an account (an "Account") and sign in using your email address or mobile phone number, which will require validation. You may also be able to create an Account and login to your Account through online accounts you may have with third party messaging services such as Apple ID, G-Suite products, WhatsApp or social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn (each such account, an "SNS Account") by either providing your SNS Account login information through the PUP Servicer allowing PUP to access your SNS Account. By granting PUP access to any SNS Accounts, you understand that PUP may access, make available and store any content that you have provided to and stored in your SNS Account, including without limitation any friend, mutual friends, contacts or following/followed lists (the "SNS Content") so that it is available on and through the PUP Service to other Users. Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, all SNS Content, if any, shall be considered to be your information. Depending on the privacy settings that you have set- in such SNS Accounts, personally identifiable information that you post to your SNS Accounts may be available on and through the PUP Service.

• USING THE SERVICE

  We also track areas of interest, including: the types of venues, rewards and potential offers that interest you; information about how you interact with PUP or the Site, such as the products or services you may view or share; and how you interact with us, our Partners, and other members that use the Service. We also collect information related to contact you may have with us or Partners via telephone, email, text, postal mail, social media interaction, or other methods of communication, for reasons such as customer support. We may also collect Personal Information from time to time through other communications with you, information you download, product or service purchases or sharing, and user support. As you use the Service, certain information may be passively collected (that is, gathered without you explicitly providing the information), including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, browser type, the address of a referring site and your Site or App activity, and your location. We use Google Analytics, and your Internet browser may, for instance, use small files called "cookies," to automatically transmit information to us, such as the date and time you access the Service. We use such information to better understand how you interact with our services, while monitoring traffic to our services, with the aim of improving our services. This information is not treated as Personal Information unless we combine it with or link it to any of the Personal Information mentioned above. While you may be able to disable cookies with your browser, doing so may affect the performance and functionality of the Site and the App.

• PARTICIPATING IN PRACTICES AND YOUR DATA

  Please note that for those voluntarily participating in practices, the payment system/interface that will be used is The Stripe system for processing payments. Payment process will have associated fees for processing and will be communicated in places where such fees are required. Please make sure you understand that the Stripe is governed by their own Privacy Policies and Terms and Conditions. Your registration in their payment system confirms your acceptance of all of their Terms and Conditions and adherence and acceptance of their Privacy Policy. • INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

  We will not transfer your Personal Information to third parties without your express consent, except for the following. Our Partners may include our trusted service providers, Sports Providers (as defined in our Terms of Service), and advertisers. We may share with our Partners anonymized aggregated statistics pertaining to the types of users using the Service and their general behavior; we may also share your Personal Information including your name, location, age and gender, and sport preferences from time to time with Partners at their request; we may also disclose or transfer your Personal Information without your express consent to the extent required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (i) comply with applicable laws or with legal process served on us; (ii) protect or defend our rights or property; (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety, property, or privacy of our employees, users, or members of the public; or (iv) effect a transaction, restructuring or proceeding that transfers to a third party the assets or line of business to which the information pertains (see "Business or Asset Transfer or Sale", below). In addition, we may disclose your Personal Information to other companies or people under any of the following circumstances: when we have your express consent to share the information; or, without your express consent, when we need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested; or we need to send the information to companies who work on our behalf to provide a product or service to you, such as registration and bookings, payment processing, and background checks, as required(we will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service).

• CHANGING OR DELETING YOUR INFORMATION

  Your Personal Information is protected for your privacy and security. We safeguard the security and confidentiality of your data using physical, technical, and operational procedures. Please be aware that, despite our best efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

• INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER

  Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your jurisdiction, where the privacy laws may differ from, and may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. PUP may transfer Personal Information across the United States and/or Canada and process and/or store it there.

• BUSINESS OR ASSET TRANSFER OR SALE

  PUP may be sold, might sell or buy businesses or assets of businesses, or PUP might merge with another business. Normally, in the instance such transactions, user information is one of the transferred business assets. In the event that PUP, a line of business of PUP, or substantially all the assets of PUP are transferred as part of such a transaction, your information may well be one of the transferred assets. Where and as required by law, PUP will make reasonable effort to provide notice on PUP and to notify you via email to the most recent email address that you have provided to PUP of any such change in ownership or control of your Personal Information.
